Telehealth Requirement: Participating in Telehealth requires that you have a mobile or computer device with video and voice chat ability.
We encourage all new and established patients to use a device from home in order to participate in Telehealth. However, if you do not have the means to use Telehealth from home, we will provide you with a Telehealth device in our parking lot. At this time, we are unable to allow patients into the building for any reason, including using the restroom.
