Our team provides treatment for opioid dependence and substance use disorders, along with individual counseling, intensive outpatient care, nursing support, peer recovery services, and mental health care.

In every case, we start by understanding your full situation. No advance arrangements are needed. On-site parking is free and available whether you're coming in for a same-day appointment or a scheduled visit.
We accept all TennCare and Virginia Medicaid plans, as well as major commercial insurance networks such as Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and UnitedHealthcare.
Suboxone is considered safe when taken as prescribed under medical supervision, with a lower risk of misuse compared to full opioid agonists.
Examples include group therapy, psychiatric care, individual counseling, medication-assisted treatment, and peer recovery support services.
